Refund Policy

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not offer exchanges on any items.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:
All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided by customer service.
